please let me know if anyone has one for sale..... or even if you know of a shop in socal and how much do they normally go for.... i searched but i didnt find many shops in socal....

you should be able to purchase from carson toyota....the price is 299 , i believe

or if you buy it from sewell lexus... (www.lexus-parts.com) and use dicode CL911M (clublexus discount) then its $279.99...
