Short answer: HA = Better handling, stiffer ride, more lowering capability.
Long answer: Lots of info on CL. Just do a quick search and get ready for some reading.

You don't really even need to search too much. rominl has a great review at the top in the suspension forum.
Though I'd still do a search to get a few other opions, but the review helps the most IMO
