Default stereo system

Hi, I am new to your board, but am actually returning my 1998 GS in 2 months when my lease is up. I hate to turn it back with all the custom audio, but don't have the factory stereo/trunk panels. If there are any GS owners, in the Dallas area interested in swapping, make me an offer. I have over $20k labor and parts in the audio/video. Email me if interested. I am asking $3000 obo. The buyer will pay the labor for the swap. Pictures can be viewed @ Http://www.streetsourcemag.com/Profi...rofileid=10157
I for got to mention the setup includes
4 12" Kicker solobaric woofers
3 xtant amps
phoenix gold capacitor
vcr
spare battery
alpine navigation unit
I also can include the mb quart mids/highs
alpine dvd/disc changer
Alpine 6.5 tv with custom dash mount
alpine head unit
headrests with monitors

Mike,

We have a classifed forum where we put all want to buy and want to trade WTT like yours.

I'm moving it to the Mobile Audio section of the classifieds. If you don't get any bites there, pm me and I'll put it in the GS section for a couple of days.

Per our forum rules, you'll need to post your asking price for your trunk setup (and assume they'll give you there OEM one). Please post this within the next day.

I also suggest you list out the specifics of your setup and post pictures if you have any.

WOW if i didnt already have 8 tvs and all fiberglass big system.. i would conisder..
BUT if i was you i would lower the price NOT because it isnt worth it because i know Xtant isnt cheap.. BUT if you dont sell this you will lose it anyways... so you should get some cash at least...... i know alot of people dont have 4k in cash to spend at once on a sstem.. maybe 2 or 3k but not 4k... VERY VERY VERY clean setup though.. looks great..
imho i would lower the price just to sell it and get some cash... GOOD LUCK

00, what would get more attention at shows for the trunk set-up, That system, or my current one? I plan to add stuff on the inside, like headrest monitors, monitors in the top of the trunk, that kinda stuff. Already have focal components..

How do kicker L7's compare with W6's? I only see 3 L7's, where is the 4'th?

Here's my current set-up:

i use to have kicker subs and xtant amps in my corvette and that stuff is top notch.. the L7's pound so hard and so clean.. they are awesome.. the xtant amps have a prob i with gettin hot but some of them come with fans... i will tell you my xtant never never overheated and i pounded it hard in an all black corvette... also the screens looks pretty nice and i willtell you that the alpine navi cost bout 2k by itself... the MB quarts are some nice stuff.. very clean at any sound level.. PERSONALLY>. i like this system a little better .. for show purposes i think this would do better because of the design and leather and chrome amps.. plsu the tvs and navi and countless other things... ill pm you witha suggestion....

BTW, the capacitor is some huge phoenix gold monster. It is the equivalent of like 10 normal capaictors. The vcr has never been used, and I also have a big audio control behind the back seat, a bass tone switch (like an epicenter) seperate sub volume **** and video switchers so you can flip through input devices like playstation, navi, tv (i have the tuner) or dvd
