Default Question about STB *update with pictures*

Will the JDM STB for the 1st gen GS fit a 2nd gen GS? I kinda remember reading in one of the classifieds that it would, but I could be very wrong. Any input?

That looks good. Just bought one on ebay. Thanks for the help. BTW, for anyone else looking for a STB, there is another for sale on ebay. Current bid @ $31.

Thanks, yeah I got mine from ebay too once I found out that it fit. It's an extremely sturdy bar and just clears my engine cover where it's not too much pressure on it.

Bought my bar on ebay and was inspired to follow in oohpapi44 footsteps. I used a scotchbrite pad and some brake cleaner to get all the grease off the bar and end caps. After cleaning, I painted the end caps white w/ clearcoat to match the car and used mothers metal polish to get the bar shiney. I think it cam out pretty well. Please forgive the crappy cam phone pics.

before cleaning test fit

Installed with a carbon fiber trd emblem I purchase from a member a while back.
