Thank you for posting the image of the beam/cut off pattern on your garage door. It confirms my suspicion that Spyder uses an extremely inferior projector lens. I returned a pair because of that completely in-consistent pattern of light under the cut-off. Didnt know if other pre-made projectors had same problem/issue, now know.
I ended up doing the Morimoto Minis, which give off a very nice consistent wash of light under the cut-off, and the cut off is far more crisp. Go look at any BMW or Audi and you will see what a true projector is supposed to look like. These pre-made ones are not giving good light projection on the road.
Going with the full-sized ones next.
