Lexus RC F Wide-Body Looks Stunning in Blue
Stepping away from the trend of over-fenders, the wide-body kit stands out from the crowd.
Details mean a lot, and to some, it’s the little things that matter most. Rivets on body kits have arguably been over-used throughout the past several years, much to the dismay of many sets of eyes. Wide-body kits, to RC F owner James Pepion, should have lines as smooth as can be, and when he set out to build a SEMA show car, he accomplished just that.
When deciding on a wide body kit, James picked Pandem, which may be a name you’re familiar with if you follow Rocket Bunny closely. With edges that are slightly more boxy, it compliments the already aggressive look of the RC F, all while containing no rivets. Every new panel was flushed in and re-painted to give a clean look.
Along with the Pandem kit, this one has an Aimgain rear wing, a Novel rear spoiler, and sits on Rotiform wheels. Air Lift suspension sets the overall stance just right.
Inside the car and under the hood received treatment as well, with that rear diffuser surrounding Novel headers and exhaust. Recaro seats up front, a seat delete in the back, anda 6-point racing cage all adorn the interior.
After debuting at SEMA in 2015, little changes have been made here and there, but we’re glad someone is carrying the torch for clean wide body kits.
