are these a perfect fitment for the vertex ridge widebody? is it hub centric to the stock or spacer/adapter needed?

'perfect' is very subjective. it really depends on the tire sizes used. personally i wouldn't call them perfect, but they look great and are proper sizes for the widebody. fitment is not why i am selling these wheels.
hubcentric rings will be needed - they're about $8 on ebay.

Will these fit on 98 supra on stock suspension and brakes?

they will bolt up and clear the suspension and big brakes if that is what you are asking. you would need pulled fenders or some sort of widebody to actually fit these widths, though.
