Could anyone give a good suggestion for a great all season tire? I live in Central PA and drive a 2008 LS600hl. We get a fair amount of snow and the winter is pretty moderate in length until spring. I would rather not compromise comfort nor the luxury ride. Also, I would prefer a tire that does not wear quickly. Would anyone know what tires comes standard? Some say Dunlop, I had Michelins on all my Lexus models if I am not mistaken.

Looking at the 08 Lexus LS600HL, two tire sizes are available. I am basing my info on a 235/50/18 tire size.

If Michelin is what you are set on, the only tire to consider is the Michelin Primacy MXM4. It is well known for its superb ride quality and tread life. It also performs very well in light snow, but does suffer a bit in the heavier snow.

Another tire that I am a big fan of is the Continental Pure Contact which you can find by clicking here. It too provides a great ride quality along with long tread life. Reports on snow traction have been favorable as well.
