Yes.
A tire shop would consider this " + 2 ".
Just make sure you get a lower profile tires (try 45) to keep the speedometer as close as stock as possible. This will also help acceleration stay close to what it was, but most likely your 0-60 times for example will drop a bit the bigger tires you go to.
Handling will be MUCH improved going from 15's to 17's although the soft Lexus ride will suffer a little.

Thanks for the info especially the tire size suggestion-now if i could only find a set at a reasonable price i'd make the move I did read on this forum that the lugnuts have to be upgraded as well as it seems the 90 LS will work but tighten deeply into the wheel (missing the wide built-in washer i believe)
