Default Will these fit?

Ok I got a Gen 1 GS300 right now with 19x8.5 and 265/30/19 and things are great. I might be getting new rims will these fit and cause no problems on my car, I am concerned with vibration and stuff like that. Anyone see advantages or disadvantages to putting these new rims on?

They are:

Enkei Tarazo
20x8.5 all around on Dunlop SP9000's 255/35/ZR20

We are trying to determine the offset now.
They were off a gen 2 GS400

Thanks!

Will damage to chrome continue to get worse, or would they have to be re-chromed?

One more question. Since I have 19" with 30 series tires and the new ones would be 20" with 35 series tires, will my car get lower or raise up? Will the tires now rub in the wheel well or will they be ok, currently they don't? What other effects, good or bad, would there be from switching from my rims to these new rims?

it will definately raise your car up at least another 1/2" or so. It may also rub.

I love your sig! Ha Ha

So if it will raise the car approx. 1/2" does that also mean the in the wheel well it will be 1/2" closer to the plastic in there? That sounds like what would happen to me... Damn, that means I will rub because right now I am damn close. Is there any way to get the plastic to be held back further? You can push it back at least 1/2" but any ideas on how to get it to stay pushed away? Thanks!
