2012 IS 350C wheels & tires on 2004 LS430, will it work?

Default 2012 IS 350C wheels & tires on 2004 LS430, will it work?
Does anyone know if the wheels from a 2012 IS 350C will fit with no problem on a 2004 LS 430? Currently the wheels have tires already mounted on them and are 225 40 18 for the front and 255 40 18 for the rear. Will that work for my LS? any changes I would need to make for the tire sensor or can i just simply swap it from my current wheels to the IS350 one. Thank You!!

The rims would fit but the tires are too small, especially the fronts. Isn't the oem size 245/45/18?
