I ordered kyb replacement shocks. And the front didn't fit. Even tho it was speced under awd. So it's an error on their part and even on kyb's site.

But they did cover the return shipping and charges.

Funny thing is after they found out its wrong. They still have it under 3GS awd. So someone else is gonna run into the same problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience we pull our listings directly from KYB and somehow the AWD model was still listed for this product. The product is still listed for the 07' Lexus GS350 but there is now a note which indicates FWD only. KYB has informed us they do not have any dampers for the AWD model. Again sorry for the trouble, I see you have been credited back for both product and shipping but I will look into the order a little further and see if I can get you a little something extra for the inconvenience.

One more thing. Instead of fwd u should mention rwd only. Because the gs is awd or rwd. There is no fwd.

I only made this post because I don't want another buyer to run into the same problem. Nothing personal against tirerack, because you guys took care of everything.

I have updated the listing and after our next update the website will show only fits RWD not FWD. The web department updated the web after your order to exclude the AWD model but indicated FWD instead of RWD by mistake. Thanks for the catch.
