Default what TIRES to run?????

i am in St. Louis going to school and need some new tires that can work in the rain and maybe a little snow right now i have p7000 and THEY SUCK i am allllllllll over the place my rear end goes out all the time. And they are not bald. I am looking for some new tires that can stand up in the rain and then be taken home to CALI during the summer time. I was thinking about some kumos or so PO-3 but let me know what type of tires you are running and you winter experiances. I am looking for a tire that i can get some milage on also.

P.S. they are running on 18" rims 8.5 in the front and 10" in the back

I wouldn't run the SP9000 in snow. SP5000 is the better Dunlop for rain and snow. I have about 25,000 on mine and they are close to end of useful life.

I've got Toyo T1-S 245/45/18 on my truck, very good performance tire, I drive it year round in the rain and little bit of snow and it actually does alright. It's a truck so the rear traction sucks anyway but I get around o.k.
