Lightbulb Largest wheel for ES350

I see a majority of people with 20 inch wheels and a small few with 22's but why does Tirerack say 19's is the largest wheel to fit on a ES350 when it is not true?

The ES 350 comes with 17" wheels, +3 is the most people will do so 20" is fine. It is according to wheel offerings/setups sometimes but I'm sure they will chime in.

We have a ES 350 owner on 20" Vossen wheels.

There probably are some people that go past 20" but that might be tough on the suspension.

There is always more to the equation than just "will these wheels fit"? Of course a 20" wheel will "fit", but can you fit a tire on that 20" wheel and still meet the weight requirements needed for your vehicle. Mike's job stops at getting you into wheels and as long as they're rated for the vehicle his job is done. Our website is developed in a way that we make the assumption you want to buy a wheel/tire combo that does not require any special modifications to the vehicle. So without rolling fender lips, reforming the inner fender liners and possibly adding spacers, these 20" wheels will not work. The Tire Rack only makes recommendations that are safe for a bone dry stock vehicle. In today's litigious society we can not make recommendations for your vehicle which are not "legally" safe, not to mention if you were to get in a accident and someone was seriously injured, these under rated tires would surely become an issue for you as well. So, if you want 20" wheels that's perfectly fine, but when it comes time to get the tires just give The Tire Rack a call and I will be glad to help you get into a tire that will work for the vehicle and give you an idea of the modifications needed to make the tire work.
