19x9.5 and 19x10.5 +22 offset...tire size?
any suggestions as to what tire size would fit best?
also looking for tires, coilovers for an 06 IS 250.

As far as coilovers, HKS makes a coilover for your car that i can vouch for. I actually have HKS Hippermax III Sport Coilovers on my S2000. I run my car on the track and do about 25 autocross events a year. The coilovers have performed well for me.
Don't know if the CLXs for your car are adjustable, but mine are singles with 40 clicks of adjustment. The adjustment ***** work very well, and even slight tweaks to the stiffness/softness of the ride are noticable.

I also don't know if they make shocks for your car but you can't go wrong with Moton, Ohlins, Penskes, and anything Koni.
