can this be patch? help PLEASE!
hi i got a set of use rims and only to found out on one of the rims have a brand new fresh bridgestone potenzas with a hole near the sidewall, was wondering if can this be fixed? i would really hate to spend money on a new tire when this one is pretty much new. thx for the help in advanced guys

I doubt that's fixable. I recently had a screw in my tire in nearly the same place and Discount Tire wouldn't touch it. It's too close to the sidewall; I believe they will only fix damage if it's within the tread of the tire.
Although, it was replaced under warranty so all I had to do was pay for installation.

no reputable tire shop will fix that. The tire is bald on the inside, it's FAR from brand new, even if you've only had it on the car for a month. And if that's the case, you need an alignment, badly.

even with significant camber wear, if the toe is set correctly and the tires are "brand new" like he says, they wouldnt wear that fast. The toe has to be off quite a bit. I have -2.7 camber up front and i can still get decent life out of tires with the toe in spec.
