Default Is this normal?

I got the Rotora BBK on front for my 2nd gen GS, after about 9 months on, seems like the brake pedal needs more strength for the car to stop, (takes longer) at first install, braked excellent, but now its really soft. almost like the pads are wearing greatly!

you sure it's not you got bubbles in the system? pads wearing shouldn't affect braking power unless your pads are gone, which means you are damaging your rotors (and a lot of squeaking sound)?
