new wheel installation question
Hello,
I am upgrading my LS460 from the hidious 18" wheels to a nice set of 22" wheels from vossen. However, I did not know which lug nuts to buy!! I heard that godzilla lug nuts are good, but would like to know what have others used. I know that they are M14mmx1.5mm lug nuts conical but there are many shapes and forms of them.
I would also like to know if there is a sleeve or a socket that is used to protect the lug nuts from getting scratched while installation and to protect the wheel as well during installing.

gorilla lugs are by far the best lug out there... if you get a small diameter lug, you shouldn't have to worry much about the other potential issues, just make sure anytime you take it in for service, you specify to be careful...

do not get the hex sockets - they are prone to breaking over time, get the small diameter ones and a couple extra keys... the keys are prone to breaking over time, but they are cheap
