You can try calling shinestreet.com. Where are u located? They are in Carson right down from Carson Toyota. They quoted me a good price. The only thing is that, this is what they told me, you can only get them in +35 offset. If you plan on putting them on a GS, they can shave off 4mm to give you a +39 offset. These also don't come in 19". PM is you need more info.

P.S. I'm talking about VR5 Quest. ...

Aybody know what widths the Manarays come in? If they're 18x8.5 +35, it's all good, no backpad shaving necessary.

BTW, the Tire Rack used to deal with them...
