the center caps on my 93 LS400 16's are peeling and was wondering if theres a color code so i can pick up some paint of some sort to color match them again. or should i just go to pepboys and pick up a bottle of spray paint?
FYI - Yes, I was able to get the paint color code for 1990-1992 LS400 wheels from a body-shop paint store from their books. Matched very well. You should be able to do the same.
I have a 92 Lexus SC with stock (wagon Wheel) rims and the color I found that matches pretty close to perfect is Dupli Color Silver Charcoal, dsfm236. Got it at local auto parts store think was Advance Auto. I was using it to match the color on the centercaps to touch them up. To my eye its looks 100% and I'm pretty picky. Not sure if the color of the stock rims has changed over the years but its the only 1 I found that seems to match and was an inexpensive test if it wasnt the right one.
