What size tires do i need to make these fit?

Ok I have an '01 GS430 and I'm planning on buying rims off my friend, they are 20x9.5 all around and were previously on his '06 Acura TL. What size tires would i need to run so that I don't have any issues with the front?

Isn't there ANYONE on here that is running 20x9.5 in the front? Can anyone give me any suggestions?

im running 245/35/20 for the fronts. its pretty much a standard size when it comes to 20inch wheels on GS's.
