Fixing Curbed Rims w/ Dremel tool????
Hey guys I curbed my Work rims the other day while squeezing into out of a parking spot in Laguna and I want to fix it myself since I have a Dremel tool in my garage.
Have any of you guys tried to fix it yourself with a Dremel before?
If so, which bits or accessories for the Dremel should I pick up to perform the repair?

I've repaired a bunch of curb rash and when done you can't tell I did anything.
You just need to hand sand with a small sanding block. If the rash is really deep start with 80 grit. from there it's a simple matter of progressing through softer grits. From 80 I go to 120, 220 or 320, 500 or 600, then 1200 or 1500 and lastly 2000 grit. Follow this up with mothers and you're done.
I've gotten pretty fast now and can remove a 2 inch curb in about 45 min.
I assume you're rims are not clear coated? This repair only works on non-clearcoat rims.
My last repair was for DDQUACH. He took pics of the process. Maybe you can PM him to post pics?
