Default vibrations from tires? need advice

ok, here is what my problem is i have a 06 scion Tc that has 225/40-18 falken rt-615's it has at least 1/8 inch until it hits the ware bar, however im getting some vibrations which the tire guy locally said its because the tire is at the ware bar, which it is not. My question is would it even vibrate if it was at the ware bar or even below? it only vibrates at 60mph or higher and the rims have been ballanced twice they are perfectly round and balance out.

what is anyones advice?
