Waiting on my 20" Maya DLS wheels, which Tires should I get?
Hello everyone! I bought 20'' Maya DLS wheels 9"fr 10"rear and cant wait to install them on my car. Which brand of tires should I go with? Toyo, Pirelli, Nitto? Also I wonder if 285/30/20 will rub with 0.8" drop in the back? Im installing Tein STech springs right now. Anyone has them installed on 06 GS430? How's the ride, stiff? Any help, info and feedbacks are welcome. Thanx
P.S. will post pics soon.

Would love to see pics with the s.techs on the ride. I'm ordering the S.techs today for the gs300 with 1.1 drop in the back. I'm not sure if anyone has posted any review on their experience with these yet.

That's a tough question... depends on what offset those 20x9 + 20x10s are.
Without knowing this, I'd say 245/35-20 + 275/30-20 (I'd consider the Toyo T1-R).
This set-up will provide a fairly nice ride, but is technically a little taller than the OE tires.
A few guys have done 245/30-20 + 285/25-20, the 'correct' Plus 2 size for the GS.
The sidewalls are very short, and won't provide as nice a ride as the 35/30 series.
Look at the Pirelli P-Zero Nero for these sizes
I have done as large as 20x9 + 20x10.5 with 255/30-20 + 295/25-20 on the 3GS. Technically, this
also close to the "correct" diameter for the GS, but you may have fender clearance issues using a 295 on the 10" wheel. I would not recommend this rear tire for your set-up.
