Default Best/Cheapest way to ship wheels?

Hi, I'm in the process of selling my stock chrome 17's to a fellow CL member who wants me to ship them from California to Massachusetts. I have no idea how to ship something this heavy without it costing an arm and a leg. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Patrick

I've had very good luck shiping via UPS ground from the counter at Office Depot. They don't add the crazy surcharges that places like Mail Boxes etc (or at least they used to, haven't gone there since they became the UPS store).

I have shipped many sets of wheels via UPS. Usually, if you do not have boxes, they can supply them for about $3- $6/box. Freight, is usually no more than $80 for up to a 19" wheel w/o tires. Tires, I am sure adds some cost to that.

Default Maybe Fedex

I think if you do a comparison, Fedex ground is sustantially cheaper than UPS ground.
