Michelin rubs my rear fender. help
guys, i just purchased my tires 2 days ago fm tirerack with the size 275-35-19 michelin pilot sport but after i put the new tires on, it serious rubs my fender & also damages the sidewall as well, then after I taking out the wheel spacer it still rubs especailly when making the turns, so far i can't even floor too hard as it will making serious rubbing noise when accerating. I just don't hv a clue why i did not encounter such problem when using the same size tire dunlop 275-35-19 and also with the spacer? pls adv how to get rid of the sound ? tks!!

Sorry to hear about your rubbing issues Jacky. The reason why it's rubbing is because Michelin's tires are a 'lil bit fatter/thicker when compared to other brand names. The only option you have now is to roll your rear fenders, or get a different set of tires (narrower tire if you want to stick with Michelin Pilot Sports...maybe 265?).

Yep..I got Michelins Pilot Sport A/S....275/30/19 in my rears....really beefy tires compared to other brands of the same size. Some ppl think I got dubs cuz it looks big.
I would ask BrandonTR if they take it back and replace for another brand.
