Is lowering the car with coilovers worth losing AVS?

Default Is lowering the car with coilovers worth losing AVS?

I can guess on what the answer is, but I wanted to get the opinion of others. Though I love having better traction, one of my hesitancy is that I will lose the comfort you get with the stock suspension, also, what happens to the control arms that are stock? Do they get removed?

What exactly becomes disabled (AVS wise) when you change it to coil-overs?

control arms would still be on the car.. you only lose the AVS (motorized damping for OE shocks)..

J5 makes a coilovers that still utilize the AVS.

I was wondering if you lose anything else when putting ut in sport+ mode, like the tightening of the steering wheel? Not sure what else it does

You only lose the stiffer damping of the shocks. You'll still have the tighter steering.
