Do you get cupping all around? Assuming alignment (camber) is ok, what shape are your ball joints in? or control arm bushings? Do you have any bearing noise? All these things can cause edge wear.

Alignment is great all within spec! Only the rear tires are cupping and inside edge is wearing faster almost like toe damage. No bearing noises, several alignment shops have checked all the ball joints with a big pry bar none are bad.
Rarely at times the steering wheel will drift to the right, im thinking maybe a front lower control arm bushing maybe bad.

Only other thing I can think of is similar to the issue on my wife's car (RX330) but it was the fronts. Both her axle shafts were bad - causing a slight vibration and abnormal tire wear. Never heard of tis being an issue on the GS but perhaps something to consider. Seems like youve looked at everything else.

This here happened to me holmes. the front tires were like a bald head on the inside of each front tire. Replaced the struts all the way around and these nitto 555's have over 10k on them now with even wear.
I just changed out all four struts at 193K. Only issue was one of the strut bolts was siezed to the strut bushing sleeve and had to be cut off. Other than that, no issues and it's obvious the ride would be better but I wasn't expecting the other improvements. The steering tightened up, accelerating and braking much more balanced. I guess over time I just didn't realize how bad the ride had become and now it rides like a dream.
