Default Rear tire wear GS350

Hey guys on my 08 GS350 AWD with staggered 20's and stock ride height. Ive been having rear tire wear for the longest time. I cannot seem to track down the problem.

Many alignment shops have aligned this car, the car will align properly all within spec. But I keep getting inside feathering almost like toe damage. Even with stock wheels and tires I will get the uneven wear.

I mainly use this car for long highway trips. Something ive noticed at time the car will want to pull hard on the right, but when I shake the steering wheel it will center itself out. That leads me to believe its a bushing issue. But we have tested all the bushings and none show any movement. Maybe the suspension is binding somehow and when I shake the steering wheel it loosens up?

Things I have replaced:

1: Rear Shocks
2: Rear aftermarket chamber adjustment arms
3: Oem toe arms

20's are difficult to maintain
you have to get them rotated every 5,000km or miles to ensure even wear and re-balanced
Then when you align the wheels, the workshop will just press lexus GS350 AWD and it tells them what to adjust-based on standard 18" wheels, 95% of places have no idea how to align wheels except for what the machine tells them to do, and most road cars only adjust toe in/out.

you need to say i want a custom adjustment, that takes up to an hour with a highly skilled person. This is what i got when i replaced my shocks.
They will loosen the strut bolts, and make camber adjustments based on your spec.
You shouldn't camber 20's cause it wears the tires but you lose cornering ability with that.
Should be like -1degree RR, -0.5degree camber LR for RHD roads, cause most road surfaces are curved not flat, that will stop your car drifting left to right on straight roads.
and with the camber kit you should be able to adjust rear toe in/toe out.
I think rear toe is -0.5mm and front is +0.5mm something like that, dont take my word, get someone who does race car alignments they will do a perfect job.
Will last 5000miles max, if you avoid potholes and such in the road.
Get a good ZERO balance more often if you want a smooth ride.
This is some background info, call around some places play dumb, if they start mentioning to you on the above mentioned things you know they actually know what they talking about.

That means they are just entering your car on the alignment software and adjusting to the SPEC it defines for 17/18" wheels as standard.

Not customizing for your modifications

I had the same issue with stock wheels and tires.

I have though about adding more positive rear camber. I will take it to the alignment shop again and see what we can.

I have been rotating from left to the right on the rear and front. The wear pattern is cause more on the passenger side.

Default Rear tires wearing badly on the inside rib

Chiming in a little late but... '08 GS350. Stock 18's with factory spider rims. Both rear tires are wearing heavily on the innermost tread almost like they are toed out. This started when I had the dealer replace the transmission under warranty at 99,000 miles. I've had the dealer look at and align the car which seemed to fix it until it started all over again. It's about to go back in since it's happening all over again. The drag can be felt and it's wasted both rear tires just like before.
