I have 20s not 19s but my CS are about .5" from the lowest they can be and the rear is tucking and the front is just low enough not to scrape. Since you have 19s I assume you can go even lower. But I wouldnt set it at the lowest setting. My EDFC is set to 5 front and rear. Once the body kit goes on it is going to 0 front and rear. Hope this helps

Is this low enough.....

I think I only have 3 threads left on the front...any lower and I would "thump" anytime I hit a bump. My EDFC settings are 3 up front and 5 in the rear...

thanks guys - as you guys may know I just got my wheels and am going to get the teins installed so when the shop installs it, i just wanted to see how I should set my height and softness so I wouldn't have to go thru it a second time around.

Why do you 2 CS guys have your edfc set for such a harsh setting? Is it still soft at 3/5 5/5?

I would think that would not be that bad. 0/0 is softest and 3 is not that far from it.

It is the exact opposite on the edfc. in the 16 increment 16/16 is the softest and 0/0 is the hardest. Or if you have it on the 32 increment then 32/32 is the softest.

Think of it as a volume ****. 0 is completely counter-clockwise. Then you dial up (clockwise) the dampening factor.

As for its effects, the obvious one is how the coils react to road conditions thus affecting ride quality. There are also issues in terms of handling but that also depends somewhat on what else you have on the car (bracing, bars, ...). I have my theories but I'll let the real hardcore suspension gurus chime in more on this before I put my foot in my mouth.

I did not know that since I do not have EDFC. (On my to do. ) Sorry about any confusion. I was only talking about manually turning the **** and associated 0 with completely counter-clockwise. In other forum threads about the settings, people tend to talk about 0/0 as the softest. I probably took my cue from there.

It depends on if you have edfc or if you are using the tool and manually doing it. 0/0 using the tool is the softest and 16/16 using the edfc is the softest. I usually have my front stiffer than the rear but whatever makes you happy.

I have my edfc set to 0/0 to get used to it once the WIN kit goes on. I also have only around 5 threads left front and back so I am pretty low. Set the rear softer than the front, if that is how you do it. Depending on how low you go you will want the front to be pretty stiff. I just finished custom mounting my EDFC in the dash and will put up some pics as soon as I get my camera back.

With the CS, there's no such thing as a harsh setting! I think at it's stiffest setting it's a little stiffer than the L-tuned setup... I usually go 0/0 when I'm driving on the Fwy/Hwy at speeds greater than 60mph.

FutureGSorIS: What TEIN setup do you have?

I have the Flex and at the softest setting it is very soft and you cannot discern much difference from ltuned set up. but when you crank it up to the hard settings you can really feel the road and ALL of its imperfections but it handles much better that way.
