Can i swap my 17" for 18" wheels?

My 06 IS250 RWD came with stock 17" wheels I need a new wheel and was wondering if i could just buy 4 18" stock lexus wheels and just put them on. and if i can would it negatively effect the way the car drives?

It can be done without issue, just make sure they are the correct bolt pattern/offset and that you use the correct sized tires.
