Excessive tire wear.
I used h&r springs on my 2006 is350 and am wearing the insides of my tires out quick. I know some wear is to be expected and I've had the car aligned at 2 different places. I'm only getting about 15k miles out of my tires. Is this normal?

Well, can you post your specs after alignment? They gave you a printed copy? There 3 things: the toe, the camber and the caster. all of them need to be within OEM specs range for proper tire wear.
Alignments don't really help that much since they probably couldn't adjust your camber enough to counter the negative camber caused by the lowered springs.
If you want to straighten up your wheels back to OEM specs, you should install camber arms / whatever it's called.

People think the car is aligned when the steering wheel is straight, but an alignment is more than a correct toe. Your car should be aligned each 20k miles or less I believe, so a 60$ alignment is a much better investment than 1000$ of tires each 6000 miles.
2- What kind of tires are you buying?

Everyone is correct here. Toe is what is killing your tires. There is no way to fix it with the design of the ISXXX without getting the aftermarket LCA brushing recommended above. The OEM design induces toe every time you break or corner to induce understeer as a "safety" feature. So even if you get you toe set exactly to 0 it will be off during breaking and cornering. The brushing will correct for that.

Thanks. It's wearing the back and the front. The front is wearing uneven and causes the car to have a roaring sound now. Not sure if they didn't balance them good or what. I'm running General G-max tires.
