3IS 350 brake life?

Replaced front pads at 21,000 on a 350 F Sport. Was really surprised that needed replacement this early. Service advisor stated this was normal because they are high performance pads. Rotors had to be turned as well. Brakes are excellent with good feel.
Replaced the tires as well with Michelin Pilot Super Sport. They better the OEM's overall except for quietness. Great tire.
I typically got 50,000 on the front and 80,000 on the rear on my BMW 330 MSport. The rotors would sometimes last twice that mileage. BMW does not resurface rotors.

I'm replacing my pads and rotors at 29k garbage especially with heavy brake dust.
The braking is good but I question the quality of parts.
Only have 2mm pads left .. Ever since I got the car I hated the squeeling and dust.
Go aftermarket probably will last longer and may even be better quality then OEM depending on what you select.

What life have you seen from your brakes? I'm at 19030 miles and they need to be replaced? This seems kinda ridiculous. I had an STi with big Brembo brakes that I got a lot more life out of. I can't do the crazy things in the IS that I could do in the STi. The IS is a lease so I am only going to put into it as little as I have to. I am contemplating taking it to a Toyota dealer to deal with.
