I am a new owner of the is 250.
one of my front shocks Leaking and needed to be replaced, i am ordered those kyb http://www.autoanything.com/suspensi...3A4137452.aspx
is it was a good choice?
will be any in the difference in the quality of the ride between the original part and those one?

It really depends I suppose, KYB does a lot of Toyota/Lexus OE shocks in Japan, but their aftermarket aren't always up to the same level of quality as the factory ones.
Still, I've never heard of one freezing up in the winter, that's unusual, possibly a bent rod?
