Default Cusco strut bar help ASAP!!!

I got a cusco strut bar today from circuit motorsports, I went to install it ( I have installed a lot of this on cars). It went on tough but I got it bolted down, but when I went to shut the hood, the hood wouldn't shut at all. I have taken notice while searching all the cars with this theres almost no gap between the engine cover and the sturt bar. Mine has almost a 3-4" gap. The hood won't even come close to shutting.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Maybe something simple I am missing?

Anyone please!!

I have tried different posistions of the bar, swapping the mounting plates around. A bunch of random things and nothing has seemed to work!

Either you are installing it incorrectly, or they somehow sent you the wrong part. Look at how mine is installed...make sure you have the correct part of the mounts facing the front of the car. The "C" needs to be towards the rear of the vehicle.

Yea I installed the C to the rear of the car. But it feels like its about 1-2" to long which forces it to flex upwards making the gap huge. I guess I need to contact circuit motorsports again and see what they can do for me
