Look for a DIY shock replacement thread; you will be basically be removing the shocks from the car in order to replace the torn shock covers. If you don't have the right tools, I'd recommend a shop to do this for you. You will need a spring compressor if you don't already.

In regards to the boot cover I can't seem to find them as well do you know if they sell just the rubber boots by them self for RWD. Thanks.

How many miles are on the car? If you are going to go to all the work to remove the shocks I would just put new one on and be done with it. If you have 60K + miles they may feel fine but I can guarantee that once you put new ones on you will feel the difference.
