I have a question on the pads. When I click through some part website, in the category of rear brake pads, there are always 2 kinds in there. One is N1010-102703 which I think it is just OEM pads, and the other one is N1010-89102 which states they are ACT-Ceramic and made in Japan. What are the difference between OEM pads and the ceramic ones and also, what is the part number for OEM "rear" pads?

TIA

There is no way that I will purchase brake pads from the dealer. I have my own connection. I just need to know the difference between ceramic and normal pads.
