Default Wheel spacer installation

The instructions from H&R suggest that the wheel bearings or drive shaft ends may have to be removed for installation of wheel spacers. Does anyone know if this is necessary for the GS430? I have seen posts where people talk about DIY installs. Help!

If you're installing the 15mm spacers, you'll need to remove the brake rotors to replace with longer wheel studs. If you're installing 25mm spacers, it's a direct bolt on.
