Default goodridge SS line question

When I did my Z06 / TT upgrade last weekend I ran into an issue with one of my rear lines not sealing up. Goodridge sent me some copper inserts to put in. Anyone heard of this?

Looking at the fitting itself, it looks like its missing the flare so I can see how this makes sense but seems odd. all the other lines are on the car and went on no problem and I'm not up for pulling one off just to look and see. OEM line I put back on no leaks.

Anyone have a set laying around they could snap a pic of the end that connects to the hard line to compare with mine or heard of having to use these copper inserts? They're little cone looking things like a crush washer but for the flare.

thx!
