Default Rear Brake Pads

What are very good brake pads for my RWD 2006 IS350?
I'm a car novice, but love my car and try to use the best parts that I can afford, and of course the most appropriate ones for driving conditions - Normal everyday street driving, no track driving.

Thanks for the details; this leads me to believe that an OEM pad would be best in your case. You can also cheap out and get OEM-replacement aftermarket pads, but you risk quality and odd noises.

The rear braking system only accounts for about 15-20% of the braking force of the car; so the rears are not as important as the fronts.
