Read the codes and find out. Just based on your post, the only thing i can think of is that they didnt replace the wheel sensors properly. On other toyota cars, i saw that it can be an O2 sensor go bad. only way you can find out is to hit up a autozone or advanced and have them read the codes for you

If it was after alignment, most likely they did not perform a steering angle reset... Without looking, I think there is a way to do this with a scantool, but, the way I've always done it is through the alignment rack itself... Modern alignment machines have an obd connector to reset this... Many times when an alignment is performed, this action is not required, but if it is out of spec, it will set lights like you are seeing...

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this issue?
I also have a 2008 Lexus IS250 (SPC ball joints on stock front arm, SPC rear camber arms, Megan rear toe arms, Megan LP coilovers). The alignment shop changed my tires, adjusted my front and rear camber, straightened my steering wheel and aligned everything to where it should be. I drive a couple hundred feet and my traction control starts beeping and my wheels try to brake themselves. Eventually Check VSC comes on my center display with the red triangle, the traction control light remains solid, and the car drives fine. Turning off VSC by holding the traction control button for a few seconds will prevent the car jerking from trying to brake itself, but the Check VSC light still comes on after 2-300 ft of driving. Turning off the car and turning it back on will reset the lights, but everything starts happening again after 2-300 ft of driving.
One shop used some wireless device that indicated him some type of Steering Sensor problem. The alignment shop used a wired device that gave them "Cylinder 5 Misfire". I will be going back to the alignment shop today so they can spend some more time on it and try to figure something out. They have a Hunter alignment machine and used a CodeLink OBDII connector with it but everything keeps coming out clean and within range.
