Any body cut eibach prokit to drop the front?
I know these cars have a natural reverse rake, I ordered a prokit but I'd like to maybe cut half a wrap off the front to bring it down just a tad. I'm rolling staggered 20s and don't want to be to low... Just sit on the tires.

1 2 3 Let the ricing commence!!! Dude do it properly. get lower springs and sell your old ones don't cut them and regret it in the end. You don't want to post a thread about the new suspension problems you will have if you do it.

ive cut 1 coil on prokit before and it rides fine but, it does get low . but this is the exact same reason why they make the sportline which drops you down a little more then the prokit , by the way this was on my 06 m45 at the time they didnt even offer coilovers when i did it

People have cut off 1 coil before, not recommended but many have had success.
Honestly, i'd part ways and either get the Sport line or simply pick up a set of used coil overs here if money is the issue. This way you can drop it to exactly where you want front and rear. Best of luck!

Yeah never cut springs, the ride will be horrible. I've always looked at changing out the suspension not just about ride height but also performance. If I didn't like how a set of springs felt I would swap out for a set I actually liked.

Aren't springs designed to function and offer what it has to offer as the way it is? Cutting it will only make the ride suck and will probably run into suspension issues in the future if you don't cut it properly. Springs aren't that expensive. You can easily sell the ones you want to cut and buy one that drops lower.
