GS430 wiggles back and forth when stopped?
I just replaced lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods (all Moog), lower control arm bushings and caster arm bushings (both Figs), and springs (Tanabe NF210).
Everything is much tighter, the shimmy at speed is gone, clunks are gone, but now I'm noticing that when I come to a stop, the car jiggles front to back 2-3 times before staying still. any ideas why?

Sounds to me like you killed your shocks putting those springs on. Happens all the time when only installing lowering springs rather than getting good quality shocks such as billsteins. I've heard kyb are decent too, just not as durable.
Get yourself some new shocks and you should be good to go.
