Rear Toe, camber, and tire wear

Rear Toe, camber, and tire wear
I'm lowered on Tein s-techs (about 2" drop), and just got an alignment about 4 months ago. I just threw a set of used tires on for the time being. The tech had no problem aligning the front, and got everything in spec. However, the rear camber adjustment was maxed out at negative 2.5 degrees.
In only a few thousand miles the inner part of the rear tires is already almost out of tread (starting with about 5/32 of tread). From reading on here it sounds like -2.5 degrees camber isn't even that aggressive and most likely the toe adjustment is ruining the tires? I don't remember the rear toe setting, and unfortunately their printer was out of paper. However looking at the car the rear seems to have a noticeable toe-in, along with the negative camber.
I don't want to pay for a rear camber kit install if adjusting the toe can still give plenty of tire life. Any ideas or advice is appreciated. Thanks!
I should also mention recently the rear has felt a little "darty" over dips and sewer covers on the road.

How are your bushings and ball joints in the rear. I previously had problems with wear on my rear tires as well to find out that I had major play in all my ball joints in the rear.
