I want to go to coil-overs but do not know which ones?
I currently have kyb shocks with eibach springs and i want to move to coil overs. I am running 18X8.5 in front and 18x10 in the rear. I am looking for a coil over that is some what similar to the ride that i have now but maybe even a little softer. I need to have the ablity to raise and lower the car that is very important, but it does not have to be from the inside.
If you have any thoughts let me know!!!!!

Coil-overs
The popular choice around here are the Tein coil-over setups. DIfferent types though, HA, CS etc. I'm sure some of the guys that have them will be able to help you out as well as giving you some pricing info and where to get them/avoid getting them.

Seth take a look at the Tein kits. The CS kit is very comfortable and comes fully assembled with new upper mounts so very easy to install. It has full height adjustability and the damper can be set to 16 settings for stiffness as well. Another popular option is their Flex kit but the ride will not be as good as the CS although probably better than what you have now.

tein is the most common one, for comfort get the CS or the Flex, for stiffer and better handing get the HA. i have the HA and i love it. the ride is a bit harsh but that's the price i pay for performance.
there is a GB on the HKS now, dunno how good they are and what's the running price out there

Yeah, the HKS buys are really good! The LS is for comfort and the HiperMax II's are higher performance (and stiffer)...similar to the Tein CS vs. HA setup...
Personally, I have the Tein FLEX and I love 'em...but the HKS setups are super nice too...both excellent systems.

In all honesty I have the TEIN HA for about a month now and I absolutely love it ! I have to disagree with people on here that says tein ha is too hard for daily driving, ITS NOT ! unless you set it to 10/10 or higher . At 0/0 it is way softer than my H&R/bilstein setup that I had.

I am running 8/6 on my HA's but thinking of going 8/8, since I am getting sick of the back from jumping up on bumps on the road at low speed. I only hope it helps, or else I need to put a dead fat guy in my trunk to weigh the back down.
