I have had similar issues with on again off again shaking. I also believe it is a bad caliper. Actually I know I have one caliper that keeps seizing on me and every time it does, I get more pronounced shaking. I am being too cheap and a bit lazy in replacing it right now. I just spend about half an hour freeing it up and I am good for a few months.

Are you guys using aftermarket calipers or OEM?

I have an 06 is 350.. just a baby gs.. same suspension engine ect... and she creeks when im braking from 15-0 light breaking.. i had rims replaced/ brakes ect.. and it just started again... back in the early 2000's toyota was using the cheapest bidder for parts to produce its parts.. it wasnt until after the unintended acceleration problem, toyota stepped up there quality again.. so basically early-mid 2000 toyots have some cheap parts in them. But the most important parts.. engine/tranny/navi/camera/ac work great and mine has 96k on it. BUT im having the poor quality dash and door panel issues. Ive already had my dash replaced but had to pay labor.. 250$ and now im meeting with the operations manager of lexus for florida tomorrow to talk about my door panels.. They offered a 50/50 deal meaning id still pay $2200 but i want to get it down to im paying for labor.
