I wanted these but it was a 3 week wait and I did not have the time. I asked here and took advice of not getting drilled or slotted as it would wear the brake pads faster. I did go with Akebono Ceramics for my fronts. So, I would get the Centrics High Carbon Plain vented and the Akebono pads. Tirerack is not bad as long as they have what you are looking for.

Slotted rotors are useful on a track-driven car for a few reasons, but they will wear pads out about 25% faster than blank rotors.
In normal street use they will offer no benefit whatsoever other than looking good, while still eating the pads faster.
So, assuming the car isn't being tracked, if you want to do it just for looks, that's fine as long as you're aware of, and accept, the shorter service life.
If you're doing it because you think the car will stop any shorter, it won't, and you're better off with blank rotors.
And in which case, yeah, centric OEM type blank rotors will be just fine, and probably a little cheaper than "real" OEM rotors (ie ones that come from a Lexus dealer)
as to pads- are your rears actually worn out? In normal use most of the braking is done by the fronts, so it's pretty unusual you'd need to replace rear pads anywhere near as often as the fronts.
I'm personally a fan of the OEM low-dust pads... but again changing pads won't change how short the car stops, so mostly it'll be a question of dust produced, service life, and the 'feel' of the brakes.
