best bang for buck
i can get a used set of Megan LP's for 700 shipped or i can go with the EZ's for 620 + shipping. is there that much of a difference should i spend the extra money and will it be worth it.

I would go with the LP or try to lower the price some. Depending on how long they were used.
also do you think its worth it for the extra 2k spring rate on the LP? LP is 14k/10k and ez is 12k/8k

it would be somewhat stiffer the higher the spring rate. depending on if you want to be slammed and want wide and low offset rims i would spend a little bit more for the LP if they have a decent amount of miles on them.

OH i didnt read the used part. Ez's are like 630 brand new shipped ... and honestly based on your needs im starting to think a quality spring shock setup would suit your needs. i sold a setup recently for 200$. wait for the right time and pull trigger!!!!!!.......... or go pbm.. wish i could comment on bc but i know nothing about them. stance also rocks .

Just as a heads up the gixxer_drew coilover setups have become quite a bit cheaper now that the sleeve and perch kits have dropped to ~$40. (Last time I worked out the math they're right at $800 now)
Look them up, they're wayyy better dampers than the Megan junk and they're easily revalvable for any springrate.
Can't beat Bilstein shocks for really any price point. (Well, maybe Koni's)
Of the options you chose, go with the EZ's
