Default I need help ASAP BCR Coilovers Uneven drop

Hey guys. I just lowered my car 2 days ago with BCR coilovers. The Rear left is an inch lower than my rear right side. I measure both coilovers length and is the same. i Cant find the problem. The shop removed the and installed them again and did the same. Any ideas?

Can you get pics of the coilovers and the sleeve?
Seems odd but I think its probably just the way there preloaded and how they are adjusted.

Funny, I had no such issues with my BCRs...and I didn't have a "true" garage install mine.

Oh man sorry to hear that, I too realize my rear left is lower then the right and front right higher than the left

I hope it's only that the coils aren't evenly dropped. Now to learn how to find out

i believe i read somewhere that one side of the car is lower than the other even stock so its nothing to worry about. You have coils lol... adjust them to make it even.

Don't BCR coilovers have Preload and shock body adjustment. I am not a fan of this kind of coil over, but I believe they are. Just adjust the collar on the bottom of shock body till the car sits level, then you can adjust the preload.

same problem here with my megan coilovers! basically the right side of the car is a little higher; its not too noticeable but it definitely irks me.

hmmm,

in our cars the left side has the fuel tank, the steering etc. so the left side is heavier, no?

is there any way to maybe "start fresh"... i was thinking either raising all four corners to the max and go from there or lowering them.. but am scared something might happen to the coils if I raise to the max

to be honest man. when i had my bcr coils i just went to a level ground and measured from the bottom of the fender on top of the wheel to the floor. when you try to measure the gap on the actual coils it will be an even drop on the coils but not on the car.

Mine is at stock height and I just measured, the left side is lower than the right. I thought with coils you can adjust them to make both sides even?

If the coil over were new then the cause is the springs settled causing the ride hight difference.

I would jack the car up and loosen the collars and then dial in the correct pre-load, i think its 3mm or so and go from there.

Worst case scenario just adjust the one coilover thats at a different height.

There is no issue with you adjusting one side more than the other if done properly.

Just adjust the height to where you need it at the lower collar and you should be fine
