Pictures are coming tomorrow.
what I can say today is that the ride is a bit jumpy but not harsh. Cornering speed and the feeling of endless grip in corners is phenomenal though. Body roll is much lower (I have stock sway bars) and overall I am very happy with the suspension.
It would have been nice when the garage would have adjusted the light as well. I blinded everyone before I got home to adjust it myself, not smart.
So ride quality did suffer, it's now a sporty ride but still comfortable. The positives by far outweigh the negatives. It really transformed my car from into a curve eating monster ;-)
I will post more details after I have driven a bit more tomorrow. While driving over edgy speed bumps with a bit faster speed I hear a faint but noticeable clunk from what I think is the front left. But that could just me being paranoid.

Ok, the promised photos:
Before:
After:
It passed the hardest test: Wifey.
Picked her up from the airport and she just asked me: Why didn't Lexus build the car like this?
Well that says it all. The Air Intake is also AMAZING!
You hear nothing until you floor it and the sound is absolutely great.... Love it.

While I haven't had any experience with H&R, I really am happy with the FSport stuff. I have the shocks and springs and it's about the best ride I've had in any lowered car. While it's certainly not that much of a drop, the car handles and rides very nicely. Great for DD purposes.

Wow sweet ride man. For the last 2 years I've been running H&R springs w/ 2" drop w/ oem shocks on 19" wheels with absolutely no rubbing or issues and the ride feels great.

Had F Sport Springs installed on my 350 AWD, could not tell the difference at all between them and stock. It dropped the car down to a normal look. It is a significant drop on an AWD than RWD.

after installing the h&r springs on oem shocks, how big of a difference did you feel in handling corners?
